The Springtown Villa Resident Council meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays at 3:30 pm in the Springtown Villa Community Room. All residents are welcome and encouraged to participate. Our Council sponsors monthly birthday parties, bingos, holiday parties, and fundraising events to support their efforts.

About Springtown Villa
Springtown Villa is a San Marcos Housing Authority site with 60 apartments of a mix of 1-2 bedroom sizes. This is an independent living facility for low-income elderly (age 62+) or disabled residents only. Springtown Villa includes a laundry room, and 2 community rooms for events and recreational use and provides computer access for residents. There is a Service Coordinator who helps residents fill out paperwork and assist them in finding local resources. Events include birthday parties, bingos, Resident Council meetings, and senior field trips around town.
