About C.M. Allen Homes
C.M. Allen Homes is a San Marcos Housing Authority site with 100 units and a mixed population of low-income elderly, families, and singles. C.M. Allen Homes has the KAD community center that offers a wide variety of programs and assistance managed by the Service Coordinator. Programs and recreations at the KAD site include bingos and blood pressure checks for the elderly, Family Science Nights for families, a Resident Assembly, and an after-school program for children in 1st grade and up. The KAD Korner Store also offers free computer access for residents and a community park across from the center.
