Our Holiday Schedule

The Housing Authority will be closed for the Christmas Holidays from Friday, December 22 through Tuesday, December 26. We will also be closed on New Year’s Day.

The San Marcos Housing Authority (SMHA) provides decent, safe, and affordable housing for about 575 low-income households, including elderly and disabled, in the San Marcos area. We work to improve quality of life, reduce dependence on the welfare system, and empower our residents to take charge of their lives and their environment.
