August Commissioners Meeting Canceled

The SMHA Board of Commissioners will not meet this month.

The next regularly scheduled meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 28.

The San Marcos Housing Authority (SMHA) provides decent, safe, and affordable housing for about 575 low-income households, including elderly and disabled, in the San Marcos area. We work to improve quality of life, reduce dependence on the welfare system, and empower our residents to take charge of their lives and their environment.
